บริการถอดแบบและประมาณราคา งานโครงสร้าง, งานสถาปัตถ์, งานตกแต่งภายใน, งานระบบไฟฟ้า, งานระบบสุขาภิบาล, งานระบบแอร์, งานระบบป้องกันไฟ อาคารทุกชนิด (บ้าน, คอนโดมิเนียม, โรงแรม, รีสอท ฯลฯ) กับข้อเสนอ ดังนี้
1. ถอดแบบและใส่ราคาด้วยวิศกร มีประสบการณ์สูง
2. ตารางปริมาณงาน หรือ bill of quantities สามารถเลือกภาษาไทย หรืออังกฤษได้
2.1 เราแยกปริมาณงานออกเป็นชั้นๆ เพื่อง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบ หรือ ถ้าต้องการให้รวมก็สามารถทำได้
3. ระยะเวลาการทำงานต่อชิ้นงาน 3-7 วัน หรือ ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดพื้นที่ และรายละเอียดของอาคารแต่ละหลัง (ถ้างานท่านเร่งโปรดแจ้ง ถ้าเราช่วยท่านได้ เราช่วยเร่งให้)
4. สำหรับราคาก่อสร้างเป็นราคาตามท้องตลาด
5. เอกสารของลูกค้า เราเก็บไว้เป็นความลับ ด้วยจรรยาบรรณของวิศกร
6. สิ่งที่ท่านจะได้รับ จากบริการของเรา
6.1 ตารางปริมาณงาน พร้อมราคากลาง ในรูปแบบของเอกสาร A4 และ ไฟล์อีเลคโทรนิค excel file สามารถนำไปปรับแก้ได้

Estimate Services

The cost estimate service i.e. structure, architecture, interior, electrical system, sanitary systems, air systems, fire protection systems, all kinds of buildings (houses, condominiums, hotels, resorts, etc.) with the proposal.

1. Take off and pricing services with the engineering organization more experienced.
2. Bill of quantities available in Thai or English language
2.1 We split the quantities into each level, easy to check, if the client request to summary the quantities all level to one boq, just tell us.
3. Period of working is approximate 3-7 days depending on scale of buildng also details of each building. (If you accelerate upwards. If we can help you. We will do)
4. Price is based on market price
5. We keep and secure client information with safe, The ethics of the engineering organization.
6. What do you get of our services,
6.1 Bill of quantities include pricing with A4 documents and excel file (client can adjust the quantities or prices after our service)

Services Rate. (Take off quantities and pricing structure, architecture, interior, machanical and electrical system).

Fees start 15 baht per square meters - reasonable prices and can negotiate.
